Meet the Owner — Bob Lain
Hi, I’m Bob Lain, owner and operator of Lain’s Carpet Care here in Redding, California. With over 36 years of experience in the carpet and floor-care industry, I’ve dedicated my career to serving our community with honesty, reliability, and top-quality service. In June 2019, I started Lain’s Carpet Care — and it has truly been one of the best decisions for me and my family.
To stay at the top of my field, I’ve completed multiple IICRC certifications in carpet, upholstery, and tile & grout cleaning, along with advanced coursework in odor control, carpet repair, carpet installation, and spot and stain removal. I believe that continued education is key to delivering the very best results for my customers.
In 2009, I was honored to receive the Runner-Up Customer Service Award at the Hall of Excellence event sponsored by the Redding Chamber of Commerce. More recently, Lain’s Carpet Care has been recognized as:
